A lot of women deal with hair damage, because we use such tools all the time in order to look better. However, the damage we deal on our hair is extreme and there should come a time in which we have to stop using such tools and think about our hair. There are three steps with which you can recover your hair from heat and chemical treatment and although some of them seem difficult to do, they will make your hair better.
The obvious step is to stop using heating tools. Put all your heat tools: curler, straightener, and blow dryer in a box and take it out of your sight. If you want to heat style once a month, do it, but know that you will slow down the process of recovery.
